Redsys cancellations (types 9 / 45 / 46 / 47)

Cancel Redsys Operations

Issue cancellations for preauthorizations, authorizations, refunds or confirmations. Redsys returns 0400 when the request is accepted.

Cancellation Request

Choose the appropriate transaction type and provide the original Ds_Order plus the exact amount to cancel.

Tips

  • Use type 9 for preauthorizations and 45 for authorizations.
  • Type 46 cancels previous refunds (must be executed within 48h).
  • Type 47 cancels split confirmations or authentications (no funds retained).
